Update

As we finalize Turn 3, here are a few updates:

1. There are some new maps. Atkins Ford has been uploaded.  Salem is under construction.

2. Rule Amendments Effective Turn 5: The armies will have the opportunity to re-enforce and support their armies between Turns 4 and 5.  There will be some rule changes, including:
- A few units will be eliminated from the menu of available units.
- The cost of some units will decrease.
- Infantry Regiments will have their cost cut in half (to 50 resource points per regiment), allowing for significantly more infantry in August 1861.
- Training costs will also be cut in half.
- Lower grade rifled small arms (M1855 Harpers Ferry Rifle, M1841 Rifle) will have their costs slightly reduced.
- Breach loading carbines will also have their costs slightly reduced.

3. Commanders have started negotiations concerning prisoner exchanges.
