Show Down at Indian Rock Manor - August 19, 1861

On August 10th, three small columns converged on Indian Rock Manor from different directions. The 1st and 2nd Indiana Infantry came from north with a section of artillery, all under the overall command of Brigadier General Solomon Lewis. The 3rd Kentucky Infantry (CSA) came from the east and through the gap in a ridge near the manor, as a battalion of Confederate cavalry approached from the south.
